USE: Bite protection from toothy fish is the main/ideal purposes of this leader wire. Its a hard wire that offers bite protection (or prevents break offs) from toothy fish cutting the connection between your lure and your line, from such species as shark (salt) to pike/muskie (fresh). Stiff but strong wire used for bite traces. Recommend haywire twist or alb testright knot.
SIZE: #3 = 32lb test / 15kg test. The wire measures .012″/0.30mm. The 1/4lb test package includes 653ft/438.25m of wire.
