The Danner Women’s Prowess 8″ Boot is Danner’s first tactical boot that was designed specifically for women. Featuring a durable leather and nylon upper and a breathable mesh lining, the Prowess is designed to keep you both comfortable and supported. Suede leather and abrasion-resistant nylon work together to create a super durable, comfortable upper. Lightweight and breathable for total foot comfort. Meets US Army AR 670-1 requirements for optional wear. Known for its lightweight properties, EVA is a special polymer that provides excellent cushioning. Pentagonal lugs give maximum surface contact for grip in a variety of terrain.

This boot is built on our DT5 last. This last provides an athletic fit designed with a narrower heel and a lower volume fore- and mid- foot to specifically fit the shape of women’s feet. The sleek, streamlined last is excellent for on or off trail hiking.
